Server Rules and Code of Conduct
1: Ages 13+ only.
This Discord may only be used by those aged 13 and up, per Discord ToS.
2: Be respectful and courteous.
We're here to have fun, so let's be polite in what we say.
If you have a personal beef with someone, take it to your DMs.
3: No offensive material.
Pornographic and hate speech of any kind is not permitted.
Imagery of fictional hate speech, such as Alt-Earth Nazi propaganda, is similarly prohibited.
We are an anti-bully safe space. If the above was not clear enough, there is no racism, sexism, homophobia, or other related hate speech allowed in any chat.
We have an NSFW Section that requires you to be 18+ to participate.
4: Not-Safe-For-Work Content.
NSFW and 18+ content, avatars, nicknames, language, and images are not accepted outside the NSFW area.
5: All persons here are entitled to privacy;
Do not provide any member's details to anyone. .
If it isn't your story to tell, don't tell it..
6. No self-promotion outside of appropriate channels.
If you are selling something or want something made, you can use the appropriate channels, coming soon.
7: Support those who ask for help;
We take community and camaraderie seriously at TamerlaneRP in our Discord and on our Sims in Second Life.
8: Please refrain from sending unsolicited direct messages (DMs).
If you are found to have done this, you will be removed from the server.
**NOTE:** You are not expected to reply to anyone who DMs you. However, the management or a member of Staff may need to DM you due to server business.
9: Listen to Management and Staff.
They are here to help. Our DMs are open if you are in need, within reason.
We value respect and common sense.
We want to be fair and open to our community. Do not try to manipulate the wording of the rules; understand their meaning and intention.
Because something is not explicitly stated does not preclude us from acting if it violates the spirit of these guidelines.
Disciplinary Actions
The final word Will always be with Management.
Rule breaking Will be looked at case-by-case by Management and Staff.
Violating these guidelines and rules shall result in a warning unless the conduct is severe enough for a direct ban.
A second violation will result in a ban (temporary or permanent). The duration of the ban shall be determined by the Staff member who assigns the ban.
