About Magic in Tamerlane:

Magic occurrences are in the hands of the learned here at Tamerlane, the ones we call Scholars and Masters of Lore.

We respect it highly, and believe that magic is derived from the natural world, and occurs through study. Magic items are not common, but do not border on rare.

Main uses of magic are travel and protection.

Scholars and Lore Masters do not have to be good aligned. They can be evil, chaotic, etc.

Scholars and Lore Masters of Tamerlane are eligible to compete in Magic Tournaments.
